Adjacent to the deck, enjoying the same spectacular views, with some added side gardens, is the enormous brick patio with built-in bbq, artistic walls, built-in sink, and plenty of seating area. It is surrounded by tall columns, providing architectural interest, but also built sound enough to support a huge gazebo, should one be desired in the future. There is also granite for counter tops plus some matching granite edging. (The owner had a lovely vision that one may or may not choose to follow.)
